We respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of your KeleleGo account and associated data.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: Delete via the App
- Open the KeleleGo app
- Go to Settings (tap the menu icon)
- Select Account
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm your decision when prompted
Option 2: Request via Email
- Send an email to info@kelelego.com
- Use subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include the email address or phone number associated with your account
- We will process your request within 30 days

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to your delivery history, saved addresses, and any pending orders. Please ensure you have no active deliveries before requesting deletion.
What Happens After Deletion
- Your account will be deactivated immediately
- Personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
- You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete
- You can create a new account anytime with the same email/phone
Data We Must Retain
Some data may be retained for legal, tax, or regulatory purposes:
- Transaction records: Kept for 7 years for tax compliance
- Legal disputes: Data related to ongoing disputes may be retained until resolved
- Fraud prevention: Limited data may be retained to prevent fraud
