Delete Your KeleleGo Account

We respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of your KeleleGo account and associated data.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: Delete via the App

  1. Open the KeleleGo app
  2. Go to Settings (tap the menu icon)
  3. Select Account
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm your decision when prompted

Option 2: Request via Email

  1. Send an email to info@kelelego.com
  2. Use subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  3. Include the email address or phone number associated with your account
  4. We will process your request within 30 days

What Data Will Be Deleted

Data Type Action Retention Period
Account Information (name, email, phone) Deleted Immediately
Profile Photo Deleted Immediately
Delivery History Anonymized Kept for analytics (no personal info)
Payment Information Deleted Immediately (handled by payment provider)
Messages & Support Tickets Deleted Within 30 days
Transaction Records Retained 7 years (legal/tax requirement)
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to your delivery history, saved addresses, and any pending orders. Please ensure you have no active deliveries before requesting deletion.
