1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using KeleleGo ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
KeleleGo provides a platform connecting customers who need delivery services with drivers who can fulfill those deliveries. We facilitate the connection but are not responsible for the actual delivery services.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service
- One person may not maintain multiple accounts
4. User Responsibilities
For Customers:
- Provide accurate pickup and delivery information
- Ensure packages comply with legal requirements
- Pay for services as agreed
- Be available for pickup/delivery coordination
For Drivers:
- Maintain valid licenses and insurance
- Handle packages with care
- Complete deliveries in a timely manner
- Comply with all traffic and safety laws
5. Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited from delivery:
- Illegal substances or contraband
- Weapons or explosives
- Hazardous materials
- Stolen goods
- Items that violate any applicable laws
6. Payments
- Prices are displayed before booking confirmation
- Payment is processed through secure third-party providers
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
7. Limitation of Liability
KeleleGo is not liable for:
- Loss or damage to packages beyond our control
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other external factors
- Actions of third-party drivers or customers
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kampala, Uganda.
